You will have unlimited access to me via Voxer voice chat for 30 days! I am available to support and coach you on all things mindset, fitness, nutrition, habits, routines and goal accomplishment.

Disclaimer: This is for you to proactively reach out to me when you need extra support, encouragement, motivation, accountability or have questions. You are highly encouraged to message me daily, however I will not be reaching out to you proactively as this ain't daycare. I am here for you fully, on the bridge, but you have to meet me halfway and that means showing up and asking for support when you need it. I will be taking on a very limited number of clients each month in an effort to not spread myself too thin.
Boundaries: I will reply as quickly as I am able. Most of the time it will be very quick, however I ask that you respect that if you message me between 5p and 9:30a you may not receive a reply until the next day after 9:30a. It's very rare that I am unable to reply quickly, but I do need space to take care of myself and my family while offering this enhanced coaching opportunity.
Payment details: No commitment is required. You will not be automatically charged like a subscription payment. Near the end of your 30 days you will be given the option to extend our coaching arrangement or fly the nest so-to-speak.
