Are you going to tell me what to eat?
No. While a sample meal plan and recipes will be provided as part of your purchase we will practice macro tracking during our time together in EMPOWERED IN THIRTY. By tracking macros vs. following a strict meal plan this means no foods are off limits on our "diet". It's my goal to teach you how to eat foods that you love while properly fueling your body for energy, performance and fat loss.
What equipment do I need to have to complete the workouts?
MUST HAVE ITEMS
• Light set of dumbbells (5-8lbs)
• Heavier set of dumbbells (10-15lbs depending on strength level)
• Food scale
NICE TO HAVE ITEMS (*by no means required)
• Kettlebell (20-30lbs)

Can I do this program while nursing?
Absolutely. I have worked with a number of nursing moms who've experienced great results. If you are nursing please be sure to connect with me directly prior to the start of the session so we can make a few dietary tweaks in order to protect your milk supply.
